Dear Students, The management of the planning, organizing, directing, coordinating and supervising activities by meaningfully gathering the resources (human, money, machinery, materials, information, etc.) available to achieve the aims and objectives is called management. Management is to collaborate with others to effectively achieve the business objectives by using scarce resources in changing environmental conditions. In short, management refers to a division of labor and coordination system, order and structure that enables them to realize their efforts, by combining their knowledge and skills. The main purpose of our Management and Organization Department is; have the basic principles, strategies and techniques of contemporary management science; The aim of this course is to educate executive candidates equipped with analytical thinking, problem solving and decision making abilities and to meet the need of qualified intermediate staff (lower and middle level managers) of public and private sector organization.
